Articling Opportunity (Intellectual Property)
We are seeking an articling student to assist us with our busy intellectual property litigation, trademark and copyright practice for the 2024 – 2025 term.
Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in intellectual property law.
Skills & Experience

Legal Research (familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis);

Drafting legal memoranda;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Excellent organizational skills;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to work as a team and independently; and
-
Familiarity with operating the Canadian Intellectual Property Office databases is preferred.

We are seeking a full-time first or second year law student to assist us with our busy intellectual property litigation, trademark and copyright practice
This position is for law students enrolled in a law school program leading to a JD or LLB degree.
Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in intellectual property law.
